• Sanctions/Geo Controls: Access restrictions for sanctioned jurisdictions and TOR egress points where required.

• Partner Screening: We work with partners that conduct real‑time AML screening, sanctions checks, and ongoing compliance reviews.

• Record Separation: Intake and outtake exchanges maintain separate records (sender vs. receiver), preventing any single party from reconstructing the full path.

• Mixer Policy: Baltex private flows are purpose‑built transaction relays and are not custodial mixers.

Regional compliance: Fiat operations, where available, are facilitated by third‑party services and governed by their terms, fees, and policies.
